Lecturers’ Profile
Mr. Darion Lim is a certified indoor environmental consultant. He specialises in the diagnostics, mitigation and prevention of Indoor Air Quality problems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. He has been actively engaged in the assessment, control and remediation of indoor environments since 1991. He is a US AEE Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional, US AMIAQ Certified Indoor Air Quality Consultant, US AMIAQ Certified Indoor Air Quality Manager, US IAQA Certified Indoor Environmentalist, US NADCA Certified Ventilation System Inspector, US NADCA Certified Air System Cleaning Specialist, and US NAFA Certified Air Filter Specialist. He is currently a member of the Working Group responsible for developing the new Singapore Standard on Indoor Air Quality. He is also a lecturer for the "Management of Indoor Air Quality and Office Ergonomics" course conducted by the Singapore Environmental Institute, National Environment Agency.
Mr. Moshood Fadeyi is a trained indoor air scientist. He recently joined the IAQ Consultant Pte Ltd from the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he was a PhD Research scholar, Research assistant and Teaching assistant. He did his PhD study under the prestigious NUS-Technical University of Denmark (DTU) Joint PhD degree program. His PhD studies focused on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). He spent time doing research at the Department of Building, NUS and at the International Centre for Indoor Environment and Energy, DTU. Prior to his PhD study, Moshood had M.Sc degree in Building Science from NUS. He also has degrees in Architecture (M.Arch and B.Sc). Moshood has published his research work in reputable international journals. He has presented his research papers at local and international conferences. He is a member of the International Society of Indoor Air Quality and Climate (ISIAQ).
Mr. Curtis White, the adviser to IAQ Consultants Pte Ltd, is currently responsible for the business and technical growth of ÆGIS Environmental Management, Inc. ÆGIS is a specialty antimicrobial company that provides technical services, marketing services, and the unique ÆGIS Antimicrobial to the textile, foam, water services, personal care, household products, and building materials marketplaces. ÆGIS also supplies and services, directly and through associated companies, for the on-site use of ÆGIS Antimicrobial in evaluating, mitigating, and protecting against microbiological problems in buildings. Mr. White is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and is recognized as a leader in the understanding and control of microbial problems on substrates and in the indoor environment. He is a member of American Association of Textile Chemists & Colorists, Association of Energy Engineers, American Hotel and Motel Association, American Public Health Association, Association of Specialists in Cleaning & Restoration, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, American Society of Microbiology, American Society of Testing, E35.15, American Water Works Association.
Darion, Moshood, and White will also be assisted by other technical experts from Industry during the course.
